Snow In Snellville

I spent the morning Friday a week ago gathering supplies for the
BIG SNOW...chocolate...coffee...one last lunch- who knows how long I could be stranded?
Then managed to head home just as the flakes began to fall and fall and fall...

Blogging is forcing me to grow.  I was never one to take a lot of photos but now I always have my camera at hand.

As the snow continued to fall I headed to the basement ...

I THINK I might be a HOARDER!!!
I can hear that music from the horror movies playing in my head right now...you know the one I mean!

I think I may  need a "Craft Junkie Intervention."
Why is it that now matter how hard I try, I just can't seem to get organized...now that the world knows maybe I can be shamed in to it.

I was hard at work when a shadow kept passing this window...what could it possibly be?

Hey mom, did you forget about me?
  It's me Dingo!
He actually waited for me to grab the camera and snap his picture...
Now if only I could find Fluffy...
I know she's out there somewhere ...

There's my girl.  She was upstairs on the deck.
Both puppies just love the snow having spent the first half of their lives in Maryland.
Speaking of Maryland, (can we say serious BLIZZARD?) I spoke with two friends this week.
I spoke with Connie early in the week and she could not stop laughing when I told her I had on my fleece pajamas because we might possibly be getting some sleet- some nerve!
Renee' was sweeter to me but probably only because we've been friends longer.
Can you believe some LOSER stole Renee' and Dave's parking spot after they dug out?
(#1 thing that I don't miss about having lived in an apartment during a blizzard)
... one day soon they will both thaw out and luv me again!

Hogs & Kisses,
Piggy

  1. Cute pictures, especially like the one of Dingo. Yes, you have a lot of craft stuff, but it does look mostly organized. I wouldn't trust a completely organized crafter. LOL!

  2. Dingo, what a sweet boy! Love your new header photo. We got to get together again. Let's see if we can come up with a date in April. I'm visiting grandchildren in March. Sea Witch

  3. Dingo looks so cute waiting for you to open the door. I just wonder what he is really thinking. LOL. Fluffy looks like the snow and cold doesn't even bother her. Give them kisses from Aunt Becky
