Double Take

I was out not shopping at Borders this afternoon (I'm Baptist but have given up shopping and sweets for Lent) when I thought I saw one of my clients.
Well I did see her but just not then...the hair just was'nt right...glasses?

It was not my client Jackie that I saw first.  It was her twin Toni.
Toni is the one with the BIG batch of books
and is on the hunt for more...she claims to only have one coupon.
A woman after my own heart...SHOP ON!!!

Art Day

This is my latest finished painting.
I learn something new with each project.
Hope you like it as much as I do!

Work Day Monday

I spent several hours in the garage on Saturday pulling out, tagging and putting items on the truck to restock my booths this week.  Monday morning and  I was off!  My plan was to spend a couple of hours in each booth and hit the road back home.  Well...eight hours later with only one booth rearranged and the TRUCK STILL FILLED WITH EVERYTHING I BROUGHT WITH ME I headed home.

I did run into my friend Kathy while I was there...i'm trying to figure out her secret...she is selling like crazy!

This is my buddy James.  His booth is just through that opening on the left on your right and he has some really cool stuff!  My booth is right next to his. James helped me move a few large pieces around during my booth redo.

This is Margaret and she owns the Cotton Depot.

Snow In Snellville

I spent the morning Friday a week ago gathering supplies for the
BIG last lunch- who knows how long I could be stranded?
Then managed to head home just as the flakes began to fall and fall and fall...

Blogging is forcing me to grow.  I was never one to take a lot of photos but now I always have my camera at hand.

As the snow continued to fall I headed to the basement ...

I THINK I might be a HOARDER!!!
I can hear that music from the horror movies playing in my head right know the one I mean!

I think I may  need a "Craft Junkie Intervention."
Why is it that now matter how hard I try, I just can't seem to get that the world knows maybe I can be shamed in to it.

I was hard at work when a shadow kept passing this window...what could it possibly be?

Hey mom, did you forget about me?
  It's me Dingo!
He actually waited for me to grab the camera and snap his picture...
Now if only I could find Fluffy...
I know she's out there somewhere ...

There's my girl.  She was upstairs on the deck.
Both puppies just love the snow having spent the first half of their lives in Maryland.
Speaking of Maryland, (can we say serious BLIZZARD?) I spoke with two friends this week.
I spoke with Connie early in the week and she could not stop laughing when I told her I had on my fleece pajamas because we might possibly be getting some sleet- some nerve!
Renee' was sweeter to me but probably only because we've been friends longer.
Can you believe some LOSER stole Renee' and Dave's parking spot after they dug out?
(#1 thing that I don't miss about having lived in an apartment during a blizzard)
... one day soon they will both thaw out and luv me again!

Catching Up

I hope you all had a great Valentines Day. This little piggy had some computer issues. Our PC died and my laptop had a we have a bit of catching up to do.

These are some goodies that I found when I was out junking about two weeks ago.
Can you believe that I found these great cowboy boots for only $3.00...I really do LOVE a good buy!  What about this vintage canister set - i've already put it to use as holders for pencils and such.
More soon.
